What Justin enjoys most about his work is finding ways to streamline operations and strengthen the systems that help SFWG grow and better serve schools nationwide. One of his favorite school food memories dates back to middle school, when freshly baked dinner rolls were a cafeteria favorite. He and his friends would spend lunch playing their own version of “Jeopardy,” where the buy-in was a dinner roll — and the winner walked away with the entire pile. It’s a memory that still makes him smile and reminds him how central food can be to connection and community.

Outside of work, Justin can often be found coaching his two sons on the baseball field, traveling with family, or spending time on the water.
