  • Menu analysis, cycle menu creation, recipe reviews

  • Conduct procurement reviews or assist with RFP's 

  • Assist with expansion or implementation of new programs

  • Prepare and manage for State Administrative Reviews

  • Conduct hands on or webinar based staff training

  • Review revenue and expense to create sound budgets
