• Discovery Kitchen makes nutrition education fun and entertaining. Chartwells’ chefs and dietitians work together to create curriculum and conduct events that get kids cooking, trying new foods and learning about what they’re eating.

• Student Choice brings the latest food trends to school cafeterias and gives students a voice in deciding what food concepts are featured on their menus.

• Mood Boost helps elementary and middle school students connect what they eat with how they feel. The program features recipes and characters that focus on six moods: Smart, Happy, Confident, Alert, Strong and Calm.

• Global Eats encourages students to try new foods, allowing students to experience the authentic cuisine of other cultures.
